The service people were friendly but when I was called to come back and pick up my computer (60miles away) they hadn’t tested it, it was still broken, and they had to send it off for three weeks. They have reached out to see if they can rectify it somehow but I still haven’t gotten my computer back yet. So, we will see how it goes.

Took my computer in after trying to walk through a password reset with the tech on the phone, just needed them to put the reset disc in and run it. Called next day to check on it and they said they could not work on my computer bc it would power on for 3 seconds then cut off, funny it had been sitting at my house powered on for days. So what was supposed to be a $40 quick fix so I could get into my computer turned into them breaking it and now I have no computer. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD.

$100.00 for computer diagnostic . Geek Squad associate stated, found no problem. Still having same problems with my computer. With their attitude. I will take the loss of the $100.00 as a lesson and be a more caution where I take my computer to! Had to give 1 star to post.
