I called to inquire about a HP printer. The call was answered and I asked about the printer. I was asked to hold. I did, thinking that they looking for the printer that I requested. No. Then 18 minutes, 15 seconds later another associate picked up and asked why I was calling. When I mentioned the delay, she said they were busy with other customers. No apology. The upstart? They did not have the printer I was seeking. A wasted inquiry. Very poor customer response by those two associates. I had the impression that the second associate just didn't care. I will share her name with the store's management if they care to respond. I will avoid that store for a while so I can cool off from being ignored.

I bought an office chair which I decided later I really did not want, at least not that model. When I took it back I did not have the receipt and it turned out that the gentleman went through three different credit cards I had until we found the one it had been purchased on. They did not give me any problems about making the return. I was very pleased with how they handled my transaction

Today is 9/12/24 - Had a great experience at Amazon Return desk. It was quick and easy. Wonderful customer service from the young lady that helped me (11:15am short dark hair). She was polite and helpful. Refreshing.

Buyer Be Ware-Staples has Terrible management; local and corporate. If you are considering buying a computer from them, please take my advice and don’t. I purchased a computer from Staples back in April of this year. In June, a screen popped up asking for a BIOS password. The computer is essentially unusable! Neither the manufacturer nor the management has been able to correct the problem.
