It was very easy to make an appointment. He explained what might be wrong and possible solutions when I left the computer but said he would call when he had looked at it. Steve provides outstanding service, the likes of which you rarely see today. Steve is very personable and really knows his stuff. I brought him a dead Dell laptop that I thought I knew what was wrong. He guided me to the best way to get the parts I thought I needed. It turned out that the motherboard was dead and not worth repairing. He then instructed me the best way to resell the broken laptop for parts. The diagnosis, the time and expertise was free!
