WE FIX IT

Recently had a screen replaced by another service provider. Paid $255 for a screen repair for my Google Pixel 7 but the finger print sensor didn't work. Went back to the original place that put the screen on an was told they didn't mess with the software to get the finger print working again and just provided me with directions to go home and get it to work on my own. Hence the directions didn't work. They offered to only replace the screen with my original broken screen which this wouldn't have solved my initial issue. Through a recommendation from a fellow employee they mentioned this place. The moment I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted by who I assume was the owner of this repair shop. I explained my issue to her and she gladly had a look at the phone and offered to see if she could help. I didn't go in with any other expectations other than finding out if it was typically true that the finger print scanner wouldn't work after a screen replacement. She has me fixed up in less than 10 minutes and was nice enough to charge me $20 to fix my issue she could have not wanted to get involved and referred me back to the original provider as she had no obligation to me to make this repair. I am extremely grateful for her willingness to help. I would without a doubt recommend this location and will certainly be back for any other future repairs. I run a business as well and know the importance of customer service and very happy to have found this place that provides exceptional customer service. Great job and very good price. I really needed my old phone to have a screen repair and battery replacement. It's been very helpful to have access to my phone again. The gal there was very helpful and I recommend this business.

Such great service! I called this excellent little shop because my phone was giving a moisture in charging port message which didn't seem correct. They said, "Bring it in, and we can figure out if it's repairable." It turns out that it didn't need to be resoldered, and there was just junk clogging up the port. It was inexpensive, and the staff were honest, and good conversationalists. I'm so pleased!

Personable, professional, competent and almost no wait time. Replaced our iPhone screen in no time and gave us a free repair when the phone stopped working a few days later (unrelated to the screen). Excellent customer service and good prices too. This is how all businesses should be run.
