The Fix Phone, Tablet Repair and Accessories

Did a Google search to find a local repair shop to replace a broken screen on a Google Pixel 7. I was in a bind as this phone is used for work and needed it fixed in a timely manner. I called and was told the repair could be done in about 45 mins which was great. I drove to the location and the gentleman working was able to do the new screen in about 30 mins. Upon leaving the finger print scanner was not working but he did provide instructions on how to get it back to functioning (why is this up to me to get working after paying $245). I went home followed the directions but it was unsuccessful. I drove back the following day and the gentleman who did the repair explained that he was unsure as to why the directions didn't fix the issue but told me he was not sure himself as to how to do it and I would be better off coming back the following day when the owner was working and he might be better at helping me resolve this issue. Up to this point I was satisfied with his honesty and decided to return today 9/23/24. Let me tell you, it was down hill from there. I showed up today during my lunch break to address the issue with the owner. I asked him as to why the finger print was no longer working on the new phone, his response was they don't get involved with the software on the phone to get the finger print back to working. I told him for the price I paid to not have the phone in the correct working condition was not acceptable. The owner asked if I followed the directions I was provided with, my response was "Yes". I told him to have a screen replaced and not be functioning properly is not the repair that I was comfortable with. He asked me what I would like him to do and my response was to fix the finger print scanner as this was not a completed repair. His solution to the problem was to reinstall my damaged screen and I told him that was not the solution to the problem. I became extremely frustrated with his so called solution that I walked out. On my way back to work, I stopped in at another repair shop to ask if it was common practice to replace a screen and not have a functional finger print scanner. Their response was "No", that when someone they replace a screen for it would be returned to their client in a properly functioning manner. Which this is all I was asking in the first place. I asked them if they would be interested in trying to help me out as they had no obligation to me since this was a repair done by someone else and if they were not able to assist I would completely understand. Within 10 minutes they had my finger print scanner working. They charged me $20 which I thought was more than reasonable. Not only did they fix my issue which was very simple for someone who knew what they're doing. They asked to see the instructions I was provided with. (which is attached to this review) They said well it's clearly missing the key component of updating the software after the screen replacement which is mentioned no where in the instructions provided to me. It's very unfortunate that this is how this company conducts business. They have a lot of great reviews so I thought this was a great choice to have the work done here. Not for one minute after reading reviews did I think I would run into an issue here. The most disappointing part of this was that the owner didn't care about a resolution, instead felt it was justified that I left with something not working and his solution was to just install the original broken screen.

Absolutely awesome. Got me out of a major jam! Gokhan had my phone up and working in less than an hour. Recommended 10/10.

I don’t usually write reviews because I think people that due are miserable losers. However, today I have to. This place is the greatest place on planet Earth. My charging port was broken so I expected to go in and have to set an appointment up and pay about $200. I go in and the nice gentleman comes over, and I explain the issue and he says “okay you don’t need an appointment I can fix this in 5-10 minutes and it will be $39. I was astonished and I couldn’t even express how thankful I was, it was done in 5 minutes. It’s all fixed now. I see why this place has 4.9 review rating it’s unreal.

They fixed my child’s charging port that had a piece of metal from the charger stuck inside. It took maybe 10 mins tops and was only $25. If I went through my insurance I was quoted over $150 and who knows when I would’ve gotten it back. Staff was very helpful answering questions and were super friendly. Highly recommend!
