I needed my laptop fixed . Sebastian took a look at it . Explained in layman terms what it could be. By Saturday my laptop was fixed . This my second or third time here . always a great experience . Def better than Best Buy . I am glad I found PCW computer

I broke the E key on my laptop and stopped in to TP Computer to see if they could help. They were able to fix it on the spot, two days before Christmas, and didn't even charge me a dime. They're now my go-to for computer support when we're in Rhode Island.

Ive had 2 experiences with them now and each time was as good as you could ask for. Great staff, very prompt work and extremely fair prices. The 2nd time I brought my comp in they diagnosed it, fixed it, replaced my faulty RAM card that I purchased from a sketchy eBay seller, put the old one back in, and they did not even charge me one dime.. I don't know that any other spot would have done that. Time is money and there time is valuable yet they were considered of me the customer. I highly recommend!
