If you’re ever in the situation where you need your phone fixed, this is the place to go. They were Super Welcoming and easy to understand the problem. I had a broken screen and damaged battery. They fixed it in 20 minutes and at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Eddie and Mike, Highly recommend!!!

Visited the establishment yesterday, under the impression that my phone was going to be repaired for a price of $55. When I went to go pick up my phone the associate Cathy told me it was $225. I stated to Cathy that I only had the 55 that we had confirmed she told me if I didn't have the money she would hold onto my phone as collateral, which I find to be not good customer service. I called the manager today and spoke with the manager who is nice and understanding and explained to me there is a checklist to go over before doing work, which Cathy didn't go over with me. He stated she was overwhelmed. I let him know that is not an excuse and felt like I was being taken advantage of. Manager stated he can only give $25 back. I recommend if you go here to ask for a checklist before you get work done on your phone. P.S.- writing this review for my friend Tara.

The -ve review on here is true ! despite owner response “this is a fake review no such transactions - I had the same problems with my ipad with them. After they changed my sons crack ipad screen. Had to returned within few days because the home button won’t stay in its place. (Moves/sunken) each time they told me it won’t happen again. By the 4th time still within warranty period of course. The owner try to give me an excuse that it’s because heat wave; left in the car..etc that why the Home button won’t stay. I was so livid and ask him to fix the problem or partial refund. He then make me waited and told me that the button can not be fixed because it had crack on screen ; he try to glue it and still won’t stay. He then continued saying he can fix it for additional $50. It a good deal as others will charge me more then $100 to fix this. My response was You cant fix the problem and you want me to pay you another $50 for your mistake??? The worst place to have anything done . Don’t waste your money, time, and respect yourself as you will not get anything repaired here. I took my iPad and my useless $20 refund from them . Walk to “The Fix “to get it done . *Right away you can see the quality “the Fix” use on iPad screen with home button attached vs the cheap quality Accessory city used on my iPad screen which has a separate home button attached (no wonder he try to glue it and unable to fix it) You should be ashamed of yourself trying to rip me off! I will definitely shared my bad experience with this place Another follow up on this review after 8 month - my iPad still no problem from their competitor “The Fix”

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at the location in the Warwick mall; Ed was warm and welcoming, striking up casual conversation as soon as he spotted us. It was an inviting experience as it made me feel more secure in the knowledge he had with the products he was selling. In addition to this, because i was buying a new phone screen protector as well, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently he was able to secure it in. Overall a very professional, yet personable approach to the job and i enjoyed our conversation thoroughly. Thank you, Ed!

Awful place, never get your phone fixed here. Customer service was extremely rude and seemed miserable, very impolite. 2 days after my iPhone 6 screen was fixed for a fairly expensive price, the touchscreen became completely unresponsive. It hadn't been dropped at all and not a scratch was on it. brought it back and they refused to fix it, said the warranty didn't cover they're bad job. Go somewhere else.
