I love your store. I will never say a bad word against it. So just so everyone knows-this store always has the nicest, most down to earth people on the planet working there! I've never run across anyone working there that wasn't super nice, in 28 years! I always have fun when I go there. I also love the sales and mark downs too! Love you guys.

Extremely rude, disinterested, disrespectful employees. Over priced on everything and Amazon returns are treated as if they are doing the customer a big favor while rolling eyes and talking to one another. Avoid this store to have peace in your life!

Great store! Clean, staff friendly and helpful; availability of all types of products. The staff was helpful. The store is always clean and has all u need for home office items. Also school supplies for all ages. A great store!

I was with my elderly parents at this Staples, a person in check out in front of us was returning many items and it was taking a while - I asked with a smile, not angry, if there is another check out line. There were 4 staff people standing nearby chatting and working. One of them was so defensive and rude and really misinterpreted by request, I was not accusing them of being lax, I was just asking if one of them could open another register and help us. Staples - I’ll never return here and you need to train your staff to be polite. I was not upset or frustrated just asking them, not angry - I never expected that response. Terrible. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds at Staples - never again.

Staples had the best price on carry on luggage that I could find in my brick and mortar store search for an impromptu flight in my future. The sales reps were outstanding in assisting me and showing me the benefits of their EASY REWARDS program which is a really good deal for me. Thanks, you guys at the Wakefield, RI store! What a pleasant shopping experience.
