Effective. Helpful. Knowledgeable Quick I was very concerned when my iphone charging port suddenly stopped working while I was visiting family here! The prospect of dealing with apple to get it fixed or replaced in time for my flight home was scary. We called this business - they said to bring it in and they’d check. Sure enough they were able to fix it - told us when to come back ( in just a few hours!). Maz was the technician who helped us - he helped us pick out a new case which was needed - explained everything thoroughly and patiently. They sell new phones as well and he was able to explain advantages and disadvantages of each phone. This will be my choice for repairs and new phones from now on!!
