The people at the copy shop ignored me at first then were rude and did not even try to help me. These two associates working Monday morning should be retrained to have some semblance of customer service. I came back Tuesday afternoon holding for a better response and one of the women was working alone. She said she could not get my copy done for at least a few hours. In all fairness to the people working, more than one person needs to work the copy center.

I just had a terrific customer service experience with Keith here at this Staples store. Seems like a simple matter but if you've ever looked at the wall of printer ink cartridges it can be overwhelming! Fortunately, here at this Staples they have a guy named Keith! Additionally, I found everyone else in the store to be extremely helpful. The store itself was very clean well organized and in great working order.

No one tried to help me, and there were 5 people working. I found what I needed and had a pleasant interaction with my cashier.

I didn't know that my computer was still under the repair coverage I had bought with the computer. I was ready to buy a new computer. They looked up my account, saw that it was still active and cleared out the viruses at no charge. It's working great now! Thanks Staples, I'll buy my next computer there for sure.
