Staples

I went into the Staples in Providence shortly after it opened. I was looking for a new laptop. As I’m not really tech savvy I asked for some help to get one similar to my old one. Whitney was so kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and was friendly, patient and very personable throughout our interaction. She is a wonderful representative of Staples.😊

Staples is the go-to store for office supplies and equipment. Clean and well stocked with the latest products, it makes for a pleasant shopping experience. Just purchased my new Epson All-In-One printer there. The in-store copy center for all things printable is an added bonus.

I had a GREAT experience! I needed to desprately return my kids 50$ costume n thanks to Jean he made it easy for me he went out his way to make it possible for me to return my 50$ item. Staples should consider themselves lucky to have not only a smart hard worker but a great human being working for them

Went today because I needed an on the fly memo typed and printed. Only had cash on me and PC rental required card. Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was still able to get my work done. I only typed one page with 3 color copies— 30 minutes but came out to 17.50. I was willing to pay though a high price but she was like “it’s only a couple copies.” She modified it and it came to $5.90. She didn’t have to do that but it was very nice of her to do so. You can tell she is a naturally kind person.

I cannot thank Lilly from Staples enough for her kindness, gracious, and customer service! I was having trouble printing photos needed for my doctoral defense and she came to the rescue. Lilly was efficient, detail-oriented, and very professional as she was helping me. I was relieved and overjoyed and now my presentation will be top-notch! Thank you again, Lilly! She is the best employee and deserves a raise and promotion!
