My phone was having issues charging and I for sure thought that I was going to have to replace the charging port. I brought it in to the Middletown location where Ayman heard me out and convinced me that it merely needed a cleaning and they they had a special tool for it. It was only $30 and he told me to return in an hour and sure enough, good as new! He could have easily got me to get a new port at twice the price, but instead I was given a much more economical option that was perfect for me. Quick, honest, and pleasant to boot. What more could you ask for? Definitely coming back and recommending this place for any further phone issues. Thanks Ayman!

Very disappointed, I called there store and started texting I needed a new phone battery and still do. I was advised I could get one in about 3 days but needed to bring my phone in and leave a deposit so I rushed in only to find out I couldn't get a battery at all. I did give them the make and model before I went in , they said they could get a battery. Not so what a waste of time

Charged me to put on a screen on an iPad they knew was bent and wouldn’t work afterwards. Then tried selling me a used iPad they had. Would’ve been nice if they just told me the iPad was bent.
