Dave was a great help. He evaluated my old computer and gave me the options to repair it or replace it. I ended up purchasing a refurbished Dell desktop with a new monitor, keyboard and mouse for a great price. Dave had my new computer set up in a very short time. It is really great to be able to go online again without any issues.
