I had a wonderful experience at the Computer Store! For context, my laptop had slowed down considerably over the past week. I explained the situation to Mike and he quickly ascertained the cause of the slow-down and replaced the required components for an extremely reasonable price in a very timely manner. He also clearly explained what he was doing to the laptop and answered my questions about malware software. I really appreciate the time he took to ensure I left a more informed consumer, and now my laptop is lightning fast!

price is super reasonable!!! my computer's screen became black after replacing the battery myself. he made the computer restart normally again and also installed an 8GB RAM for me to make the old computer run faster. Do you know how much he charged me? only $30!. He is also very down to earth. But one thing you have to remember: contact him before going to his store, or he might not be there at the said work time.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Michael at the Computer Store. I didn't know if my laptop was worth fixing-and for sure he found more problems with it than I had anticipated. Not only did he fix the original problem with my screen but he updated my entire harddrive which was on it's last gasp. My laptop was returned to me faster, better and upgraded like new! It was more than than I could have hoped for and Michael only charged me for the original price he quoted. He went above and beyond by far!. He also took the time to transfer all my files and update everything. I am not computer saavy at all but Michael made my laptop new again and walked me through resetting passwords and making sure everything was easy for me to access. Highly recommend! This guy knows his stuff. Don't go anywhere else.

The screen on my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 was badly cracked. Mike was meticulous in determining exactly which screen was the correct on for my device. He ordered the replacement which was delivered in a week. The screen was delivered on a Wednesday, I brought the damaged Surface to Mike on Thursday and it was ready to be picked up on Friday. Mike did a great job replacing the broken screen. He’s very professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him if you have a computer.
