I was trying to remove a couple of stripped screws to replace my laptop battery and despite my best efforts, it didn't work. I went to this shop and they were very kind and friendly and were able to remove it quickly and replaced it in a jiffy while explaining to me how to do this carefully in the future. I would highly recommend them not hesitate to work with them if I have any issues with my laptop in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this computer repair shop. They’ve had my laptop for over 4 months for what should have been a simple screen repair. Throughout this entire time, their communication has been terrible. Multiple times, they called to tell me the repair would be finished by a specific date, only for that date to come and go with no update or progress. I’ve been patient, but this level of service is unacceptable. A four-month delay, combined with false promises and poor communication, shows a complete lack of professionalism. I will never use their services again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for computer repairs.

I highly recommend this place! Honestly, I don't know what to sum up, but I highly recommend this place. The two guys who work here are incredibly kind and helpful, you see less and less people who have kept the human side in business, thank you very much guys. I went to repair my macbook pro that another incompetent repairman in another store broke, not only did they help me find a solution to my problem but they also gave me all the time I needed and took the time to explain everything to me. Fortunately for us, human beings who love to help from the heart still exist among us on this earth. Andrew, thank you so much for your time and help. It's the best place to repair your laptop or cell phone in complete safety and confidence.
