As a Director of a school, I look for places that offer seamless purchasing as there are many details to my job. Staples with their exemplary customer service in the Chapel View Store, offers just that. Their associate Shaielle was so helpful and patient in answering my questions. The General Manager was informative, as well! Keep up the great service, cleanliness and organized environment!

Mel in the copy and print center is amazing. So courteous, patient, respectful and precise. I am highly impressed by her grace especially with the high volume of customers and often many with technology issues. Only improvement from the store side of things is improving the wifi/internet, sometimes I've noticed myself and other customers having a hard time getting email submissions to the print inbox through. Give Mel a raise ASAP!!

I went to the Staples store in Cranston today to ship a box UPS..it was a 50 lb 4’ box.. I lugged it out of my car myself and put on a hand truck and wheeled it in..to be told it was too big for one UPS driver to ship?? I took it in with a hand truck.. I went there last week to see if I could schedule a pick up and give them the dimensions and weight of the box, can’t do that either..last week I asked the manager if they took printers that weren’t working , and he said yes, you get a $30 gift certificate.. so I brought that in too..he said we don’t give gift certificates, it would be $30 off another printer.. I know what I heard because I couldn’t make it up..so it was a no win day..not bothering with the place anymore because I was told to bring the box in to ship..lots of miscommunication and effort on my part..done

I'm very pleased with the staff at my local (Cranston, RI) Staples they are always helpful. Whether I'm looking for a specific product or copying documents - I couldn't ask for better service.
