Brought my PS4 in for some repairs and I couldn't be more happy! Resolved all my issues at a very reasonable price! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and my PS4 was ready for pickup only a few hours after I dropped off. I had to come from Narragansett so it was a bit of a drive but very worth the trip! Highly recommend PC Tech!

The service was really good! Friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I brought my gaming laptop in for a RAM stick install on very short notice. they warned me that it would take 1-2 days, due to an influx of orders, and were very polite. Two days later, my laptop is as good as new, and running very fast! I'm going to enjoy playing my new video games when the time comes! Thanks!

The Associate was excellent, happy and willing to help. The store is clean, the service was fast and efficient. My phone charger port was clogged with debris. She cleared it faster than I expected her to fix it. Overall, great store. If you have issues and need repairs, go here.
