6/5/23—Took my laptop for broken screen . I was diligently attended to by Ebenezer . Excellent customer service . I also got a call from Ebenezer letting me know that lap top was ready for pick out . Fast service too ! There is parking back of the building . My Laptop was repaired in a timely fashion . Even tho I told them to take their time , they repaired it within that same week . I would def be back for when I need another repair

Update: 1/7/21 I went back almost 4 years later to have them assemble the same PC rig from before with new components. I met Chris and unfortunately to my surprise, Phil (the original guy who made it for me 4 years ago then) was no longer there. And sad to say, the quality of work left with him... 1)Took about a whole week to upgrade my PC with my new motherboard and CPU 2) Cable management is not up to the standard as when I dropped it off as you can see by the uploaded pics. 3) Chris was not able to save my pictures that was in my drive prior or after the installation of the new motherboard and CPU. All my pics of my daughter as an infant was gone. 4) Although Chris was able to save my game user profiles, due to something with going from Intel to AMD, system was still unstable and I was eventually forced to reformat/wipe my secondary drive to get it to be stable without error messages. 5) One of my old parts (a Corsair liquid CPU cooler) that I was planning to put up for sale in the market came back to me with missing parts, like thumbscrews, mounting brackets, the corsair link usb cable, etc. All and all, job was done, Chris was a great guy, called me back consistently and updated me daily. But unfortunately, the end result was not up to the same standards that I remember, which was the reason I came back to support the local business to begin with.

I've been using First Resource for a number of years. They are very knowledgeable & know their stuff. I have a small online business. If my laptop isn't working, I can't do anything. They have helped me out of a jam a few times. Got me back up immediately. I trust them completely. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I came across First Resource Computer at a moment of technological crisis in late September 2023: my Apple M1 MacBook Pro's screen and TouchBar stopped working months after a coffee spill on the keyboard. My own efforts to fix the situation by a macOS restoration were unsuccessful, so Ebenezer and the team at FRC took a graduated, hardware-specific approach to the problem with cost in mind. The hope had been that a thorough cleaning/drying with alcohol might do the trick, but it didn't. Ultimately what was required was a logic board replacement. Expensive, but less costly than buying a new or even a refurbished equivalent machine since FRC's labor rates are reasonable. Ebenezer definitely went the extra mile to ensure the process of replacing the logic board was done according to Apple protocols, and as such the cost of the repair was significantly reduced when Apple received the original/damaged logic board and issued me a refund for half the cost of the new logic board. I even needed to have the repaired laptop sent UPS to me, and was super impressed by how carefully and thoroughly FRC boxed it up (analogous to what you'd get with a brand new machine from Apple) and packed it to ensure a smooth trip back to me. I'm delighted that it's once again working like a charm. Rest assured that you and your device will be in excellent hands should you entrust it to First Resource Computer for a repair.
