This business is the best computer service in the Pittsburgh area. Even though I live across the city, the drive is well worth the knowledge and productivity of this shop. They helped me build a custom PC, ordered all the parts for me, and completely assembled it. The owner was very communicative and gave me updates throughout the whole process. My machine has been running top notch performance for gaming and video editing— exactly what I asked for. Definitely will return for upgrades!

I took a laptop in for a dark screen. Zane took a look at it, needed a new video board. Laptop was about 5 years old. After telling me the cost of repair, decided to get a new laptop. Zane went online and found a new laptop in my price range and specs. Thanks!

Service was Better than Excellent, if that's possible ! Zane fixed my serious network connection error problems. Also transferred hard drive files to new SSD drive, and installed in desktop. At a very reasonable price. Zane kept me informed on progress. Then promptly called me, when work was completed. On top of that, Zane called me the next day, and asked if every was working fine. I will definitely deal with Zane, for any other computer service work !

Zane was great, he did a free diagnostic and was able to find the problem quickly. He couldn't fix my motherboard, unfortunately, because I had been sent a bad one by MSI. He was super helpful and I 100% recommend going to him.
