Was told last Sunday February 9th to bring my phone back today that they would replace the screen. Then was told today that I had to go through asurion phone claims because they didn't want to replace the screen even though it was under warranty and I waited a week to get my phone screen fixed. However, no damage had been done to the screen itself. Now asurion is telling me hey we can't deliver your phone today because of the bad weather. This is probably the worst service that I've ever dealt with. They could have fixed the screen today like they said they would.

I have used this place before with great results but on Friday I took my laptop in with a broken screen and they said they'd give me a call on Monday with a quote. Did not receive a call on Monday so I called them several times throughout the day on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday. we had to call another location to finally talk to someone and they advised us to go in and talk to them so we went in and just asked for the computer back they said it was currently taken apart and to come back Sunday. I called again Monday to see if it was done and still nobody picks up. went into the store and it was put together. place really sucks at contacting you at all. wouldn't be mad about how long it was taking if they keep you updated on what's going on. still have a broken computer wouldn't go here.

Had a good experience with just needing my inside screen protector replaced since it was starting to separate off my fold 5. Im just a bit confused why airplane mode needed to be turned on temporarily and my developer mode that was on when i handed over my device was turned off. Makes me think something was messed with when all i needed was the screen protector
