Staples

Shopping at Staples was a great experience. All associates were friendly and helpful when looking and asking about items. Left Staples knowing that items needed were there and had more information on the products once asking associates.

Alexus is an outstanding employee at the Torrington Staples! Both my mother-in-law and I were served by her at two different times for two different orders today and we both had wonderful experiences! Way to go, Alexus for being calm, kind, and helpful in the print shop at the busiest time of year!!!

I was looking for something specific. The item I came to purchase was listed “in stock” on the store’s website. Not only was it unavailable, every other model of that brand was also unavailable. I chose another brand that really doesn’t meet my needs anyway, came out to the desk to purchase it and waited 12 minutes for a sales person to ring it up. Next time I will be sure to order from Amazon.

I unknowlingly showed up just before closing time on a Saturday to drop off some printer cartridges for recycling. Spotted a gaming chair for sale in the entrance. Staff helped me quickly grab one, ring it up and loaded it for me into my trunk since I am older and have a bad neck. Thanks for the great customer service!

Horrible! When I was trying to return my package she didn't want to take it because it was too heavy, after I said " thank you for nothing" because clearly, she didn't help me at all she started giggling with her friend and sadly her friend is the supervisor in which she was also very irresponsible and disrespectful.
