Their customer service absolutely sucks and they love to waste your time. I brought my iPhone here for speaker repairs after a long diagnostic process, they told me they needed to order parts and I would need to bring it back in for the repair. They told me they would call me when the parts were in. They never called me, after almost 2 weeks I decided to call them. “ oh yeah we have them” (nice to know). So I scheduled an appointment for repair. The repair was supposed to take a hour and they were once again to contact us. After sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours and no call. I went in to find it they were unable to fix my phone and I guess just in there chillin with it. And they need to order me a new one. So now I’m almost 3 weeks into this process still with a phone the speaker doesn’t work and they want me to drive in for the third time. Lesson learned folks just take your phones directly to apple.

The worst experience I ever had! They want you to pay for services you didn’t even get yet. I couldn’t even understand what this guy was saying. Sorry wrong pronouns, his him, he, them. I want to schedule a service I’ve already paid for. Get people that speak English!

Don't be fooled by ads that say you are using the Best Buy Geek Squad like I almost was. Look for the Best Buy symbol or call your Best Buy store and get transferred to the Geek Squad. They are the best!

If you're having computer issues, I strongly recommend you go to Spartan Computers. Best Buy gave me a quote of $500 for a job they weren't sure was possible, that had to be sent out, and would take several weeks. Spartan knew immediately it was a repairable job and did it in less than one day at a cost of less than 20% of Best Buy's. Please see my review for them below: I found Spartan Computers after a very dismaying encounter with the Geek Squad at Best Buy who told me it would cost at least $500 to "possibly" repair my broken flash drive, with a turn-around of several weeks or more. While the tech was friendly, he kept reiterating that it was likely not feasible, referring to the fact that this was a "Stage 2 data recovery". After returning home and doing another Google search of local computer repair shops, I emailed Spartan. I received a response less than two hours later (on a Saturday) with an appointment to drop my flash drive the following Monday when they opened (today). I dropped it at 10 am and they repaired it in LESS THAN SIX HOURS! Amon was optimistic after seeing the damage that he could retrieve the data and kept in touch with me throughout the day with the status. I do not regularly do reviews, but with such outstanding service and work, there was no way I could not spread the word. While I certainly don't hope I have computer issues in the future, I am secure in knowing that Spartan will be able to help.
