Went to take my brother in law who had an appointment. Told the worker we had an appointment but she kept helping at the desk new customer shipping things. There was a sign up about having appointments going first. There was another person there who didn't have an appointment and instead of asking who had an appointment she asked who was there first. Then when I read the sign she began to give me a nasty I'm sorry. When I commented back about why do you have the sign and appointments she continued to argue with me. Told her I was grumpy lately and get reply was don't take it out on me. Is this how you treat customers. Why put up signs or make appointments if you're going to ignore it. Very disappointed in the service.

Called ahead of time for an identogo fingerprinting. Specifically told the person on the phone that my drivers license is expired. Told me that as long as I renewed it online and had the renewal paperwork with me I would be fine. Made an appointment waited 30 mins past my appointment time in a disorganized line only to be told my paperwork with my license wouldn't be accepted despite being told it would the day prior. Maybe teach your employees to not answer questions they don't know the answer to.
