CellFix Pro (DH Phone Repair)

About a week ago i went to a other phone repair store to get my charger port checked out, they told me they were going to go into the back and try to clean it to check if it just needed the cleaning or to be replaced not even two minutes later they returned stating that they “cleaned” it and it needed to be replaced and told me the price they would charge me, I wanted to take time to think about it so I told them I would come back. today I decided to stop over here at DH Phone Repair and told them I needed my charging port replaced. They told me they were going to clean it first just to make sure, they deep cleaned the port right in front of me and my phone was instantly charging perfectly normal again not even 5 minutes later and did not charge me anything even when I offered. They saved me a great deal of money and did not try to scam me at all, they had overall great customer service and were the most welcoming and honest people I have met in the phone repair industry. If you want honest and great service I would greatly recommend you to come here.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I came in with a Samsung galaxy S10 and suddenly my phone turned off and didn't want to turn back on, I took my phone to two other repair shops and they said there was nothing they could do. I had so many sentimental photos on that phone that I didn't have backed up or saved anywhere else. They were able to bring my phone back to life and I was able to retrieve all my information and save it on a drive. These people are amazing!

I am not native to this country and I was welcomed by the nicest lady at the front desk, I was very surprised to find someone who spoke Portuguese as well, she was also very charismatic and informative, I came to get my charging port fixed on my Nintendo switch and they got it done in under 45min. Amazing customer service and reasonable prices. I will definitely come back to get my battery replaced on my phone.

Got my screen fixed here and they were awesome! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. My phone was missing screws and they gave me new ones and a screen protector for free!! 10/10 would recommend
