I went into the store to have my screen protector replaced on my Z-Flip 5. They told me that my phone wasn't in warranty and it would cost me 50 dollars to replace. They asked if I could leave it at the store for 2 hours while they fixed it. I drove back after 2 hours and the phone still wasn't ready. I was told they'll work on it immediately. After another 30 minute wait they told me that they were unable to replace the screen protector properly and that I'd have the same issue that I had before with my screen. My phone looks horrible now. I'm very disappointed in the service.

The people here lack basic customer service skills. They are rude and nasty and the manager should not be supervising any interactions with any customers. I’ve never experienced a manager escalate a situation and raise her voice the way she did today. Not only did they hold the phone for 2 days without completing the service they didn’t notify us that the service wasn’t completed until we came in for pick up. Then they attempted to gas light me to cover up their inability to fix it, saying it’s nearly perfect. A long visible scratch across the middle of a phone is not “nearly perfect” I didn’t come there to debate how serious a scratch was I came for a service. I would not recommend this location.

I hardly ever leave negative reviews; I just choose to never do business with an entity if I'm not satisfied. However, my experience with the Cheltenham uBreakiFix was soo unbelievably poor, that I have to leave a review. I dropped off my son's Ps5 about 2 & a half weeks before Christmas, to have his HDMI port fixed. A few days after the quoted repair timeframe, I reached out to the store manager to inquire about the turnaround time & was informed that it was still being worked on. No problem. A few days later, I follow up again and I'm told there were additional issues discovered and it would be another couple of days before it was fixed. Literally 2 days before Christmas, after dodging my calls and providing no updates, I had my son's dad call them (to which they answered the phone-as they have caller ID and was screening my calls), and advised him that the system wasn't even at the location I dropped it off to. They claimed the manager took it to a location outside of Philly in attempts to get it fixed. NOT A SINGLE representative asked my permission to do this, nor did they advise me that they were having difficulty fixing the PS5. I immediately advised them to go and retrieve his system from whatever location they took it to and told them I'd be there to pick it up, whether it was fixed or not. They never once apologized for the lack of communication during this entire ordeal, and mind you, this was now 2 days before Christmas. I ended up buying my son a new PS5, which I would've done a week prior, had they communicated the difficulty they were having with fixing his system. This experience left a very nasty taste in my mouth & I'd never recommend this establishment to anyone. The manager acted as if she was doing ME a favor by taking it to another store location, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They're lucky it was the holiday season, because that's the only thing that kept me from going off.

I took my son PS5 to the store. I was very pleased with the repair and the cost. I went in there, thinking one thing was wrong with the console and it was something else and the price didn’t even change. I’m very pleased.
