Had an appointment set to inspect my PS5 that overheated. Julio assisted me at this location. I am floored at the level of customer service I received. Whatever you do purchase 2yr Geek Squad protection on your devices. My system over heated last night so I brought it in today. Come to find out my 2yr protection was set to expire today! They just got a shipment of brand new PS5’ in this morning. Talk about fate! They gave me a brand spanking new PS5 God of War Ragnarok edition free of charge when all I wanted to do was clean the fan on my 2yr old PS5!!! Bro I’m floored & grateful!

I made an appointment to visit the Willow Grove, PA Geek Squad store a few months ago. My problem was that my laptop was not holding a charge even after being plugged into electrical outllet overnight. I only had to wait a few minutes, plus I was a little early for my appointment. Jeremiah helped me by doing tests on the unit. He told me that my battery was completely dead. It was out of warranty. I do have TotalTech coverage, which I could have used to pay for the installation of a new battery; but with my laptop, I needed to purchase my battery myself elsewhere. I appreciated his detailed assistance, but decided not to get it replaced because I really do not take it anywhere, and that I would just plug it in to the outlet. Good afternoon , March 19th I purchased a open box range from Best buy that was delivered on 3/31. Upon delivery and before the range was taken off the truck, the delivery person made me aware that there was damage that happened in the warehouse by the forklift or whatever machinery that lifted the range. He contacted Best buy , and inform the person in customer service -latrica Naylor of the issue with the range, (the range was severely dented on the right side ) the driver informed Miss Naylor that the picture of the damaged item had been uploaded while he was at the warehouse. Ms Naylor contacted me directly and gave me an option to regarding remedying this situation. She advised that I could have them take the range back and a wait another one , or I could receive gift cards , however since I did not have a working range, I allow them to deliver the damage range and await the new one in about a week. I've called several times and and still no. at this point I would like to give - 1 starrecenothing but they're running around , and yet to receive a response or an update on the delivery of the replacement range.

Anytime I have an issue with my pc or other tech the Geek Squad is there. I love the timely alerts via email and text. Each issue that I had was resolved peacefully.
