The back camera lense (glass) on my phone has been broken for months, so I finally decided to call and see if they'd be able to help. I have an older Model Samsung Note so I was unsure if they would have parts to repair it... I called and they said they had a back panel and could do it that day. When I got there Jack was able to replace my back panel in about 5-10 minutes, and for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend!

The gentleman was very understanding when I had to call to let them know I was going to be late because of an accident on TP, and then super friendly , even when I arrived late! I needed the back glass replaced for a Note 10+. It only took about 20 minutes to complete! It looks great, no flaws, and looks brand new! I'm hoping to never have to buy a new phone again, so I'm sure I'll be going back!

there was a small green bar on the screen. the screen was completely damaged in the service. the money was supposed to be returned, but it was never done the phone was insured they gave me the phone saying there was nothing we could do
