It was my last day to return my iPhone Pro Max, but I was on vacation. There is one iPhone Pro in stock at the store and I decided last minute to make the jump and downsize. I had a time slot to pick up iPhone. However, I need more time to decide if I were to downsize or regret doing so. Billy helped me through the process. He was patient with my decision making, and overall .. so professional and courteous. I don’t know how he does it, but he is a king of multitasking. He made like five iPhone sales while helping me back up my phone, process the return and set up my new phone. My baby girl was with me and he was so nice to her. Remember those stickers that we used to get from Apple that used to came with the phones? Well, they don’t include those anymore. Billy had some and gave my daughter one, which was pretty cool. He was like don’t worry you get one too, so my new phone actually came with the Apple sticker. I was in and out before my wife was done shopping. Seriously this man deserves a raise. I wish him the best of luck, climbing the Apple corporate ladder. Overall, very, very impressed and glad he took care of us.

Terrible store. There is a disproportionate amount of staff at the front of the store vs technicians that are able to do actual troubleshooting or repair. If you have 20 people standing at the front of the store bored and yet have 1.5h wait for service you clearly are hiring the wrong people. If you schedule a service appointment online, they will push you 3 days out but you can go into the store and they will tell you it’s an hour wait. Why can’t you schedule the hour wait from home? I have had to fix my own problems multiple times at this store. Once I wanted to transfer a backup from a 128GB iPhone to a 64GB iPhone. They couldn’t figure out how to do it so I purchased a new 128GB phone loaded the backup, deleted enough storage to be under 64GB then saved that and loaded it onto the 64GB phone, I then returned the 128GB phone. The manager asked me why I was returning the phone and I told him they had no other way of transferring my backup to a smaller phone, he said “oh you didn’t have to do that, we have other ways” I asked what the other way was to which he couldn’t explain. I’m changing my rating from one star to 2 stars because today the gentleman that helped me was attentive and gave me no hassle with replacing my charger block even though it was 2 years old. Well done Ty!

Looked very busy but was able to get help in a matter of moments. Sales team was able to make a Apple Genius Team Reservation in matter of seconds. Waited for maybe 2 minutes tops and was able to speak with a member and resolve my issue. Thanks Apple

Warning! Do not order a phone by courier!! You will never receive the phone. Some kind of scam. Without your knowledge they will schedule Uber Eats and you will not receive the phone! They provide a window time frame and order says canceled after the expiration of your window. They will say the phone was picked up and that the driver never bought the phone back. Then they will still charge you and tell you to take it up with Uber. I never scheduled uber so how do I take it up with them? Apple scheduled Uber without my consent! They charged my card for a phone saying not delivered and order cancelled. Visibly you can see the phone was not delivered in my Apple app and they still charged my account! Go to the store or use FedEx. Do not schedule same day delivery. Big scam between the store and Uber! Beware!

Their Customer Service gets worst by the year. Last year I had an issue with them. Somehow my screen was a bit scratched and nobody wanted to take accountability for it. I needed to visit the closest location so I decided to give them another chance today and the attitude that the representative provided was unacceptable specially after I told him I had to travel 40 Minutes to get to their location and they still had six hours before they close, but they said that they didn’t have any availability to see me.
