Montour Wireless

I went down to Montour Wireless today on my lunch break to have the screen on my iPhone 11 fixed. I was hesitant to come here at first because of the mixed reviews. However, my friend told me he had gone there plenty of times and always had a great experience. So I trusted him. I’m glad I did!! I was greeted by the man behind the counter with care and professionalism. He was personable and kind. Told me it wouldn’t take long and he was correct. I was also concerned about a high price, but again, I was wrong. $179 and my phone is back to excellent condition!! I could not be happier with my experience at Montour Wireless. I will absolutely recommend everyone to come here. Also, he even offered to bring my phone to my work if I could t make there before 5pm. Now THAT is excellent customer service.

I had broken the piece of glass that covers the lens on my Pixel. These guys had to order a part (they had it in 2 days), and were able to make my phone whole again in around an hour. Excellent job, and they lady I dealt with was super nice. Wasn't super cheap, but not super expensive either for the quality and speed of repair. Definitely hit them up before dealing with insurance hassles, or buying a new phone. Highly recommend.

My iPhone screen needed replaced. No appt needed went down on my break and they had it fixed in 30 min. Noticed an issue. With it when I got home but I called and they said to come down and they had corrected the issue quickly. Wonderful service, highly recommend if you are not worried about phone warranty

I was on holiday in the USA, my phone was set up to work in the USA but would not. Communications with my home country were poor and with my USA contacts, zero. Stephen and Jordyn would not stop trying to get my phone to work, they even stayed back after closing working on the issue. The next day they continued working on a solution. They understood that I was almost stranded in a foreign country with poor to no communications and no GPS ability, and they worked until they found a good alternative to get around the issue. The alternative worked great and I was now able to communicate with my NZ and USA contacts again. Their price was more than just reasonable, I think they way UNDER-charged me. Thanks Stephen and Jordyn. You folks rock!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20, I absolutely love this phone and didn't want to upgrade if I didn't have to. Phones today are way too expensive. I started having charging issues and called to see if they could take a look, replace the charging port or replace the battery. The gentleman on the phone was informative and very helpful. I took my phone in and 45 mins later, I had a new battery and my phone was charging perfectly. I do not understand where the rest of these negative reviews are coming from. It's alot cheaper and more efficient to have this place repair my phone than to ship it off to Samsung, who charge ridiculous amounts for the smallest repairs. Plus with phones being pricey, parts are bound to be pricey too, that shouldn't be a shock to anyone. I 100% recommend Montour Wireless for your phone repair needs. I know I will be going back for future repairs. Friendly people here and great service!
