Managed to delete my profile folder from my computer. Computer Planet was able to copy my files back quickly. He also updated drivers for me and applied various minor fixes. My computer is running much better than it ever has. Computer Planet is now my go to local computer store.

Owner is amazing and knows PCs very well, called the night before asking some questions about a PC I have that was having issues, he gave the best info he could over the phone and said we could come in the next day when he opens up to get it all diagnosed, we went in next day and he helped us efficiently, had wonderful conversation while he was doing so and even helped us out with some other questions we had about maybe building another PC. Will definitely be going back there in the future for all PC issues and inquiries.

Needed an SSD upgrade on my pc, called and had me bring my pc in that day. I had my pc back same day a few hours later. Owner explained everything he did in detail and parts to keep an eye on for further upgrades. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He also cleaned my pc and showed me how to properly disassemble my pc for future cleanings. I will be going back to him for any other upgrades I may need. 2 years from now Ill have him build me a new pc from scratch, can't wait for that.
