We recently paid for and signed up for the Geek Squad at Best Buy. We now have a problem with our new tv. The Geek Squad is CHARGING us over $100 to fix our problem. This was not disclosed at the time we contracted with the Geek Squad. This is another screw job from BEST BUY in Wilkes Barre Pa

Need my tv fixed, the screen went black (pretty simple fix) they told me it's $99 upfront for them to come out, diagnose, and fix the problem.. Funny that's a lie. They get you locked in by charging you that then god only knows what they charge to actually fix it because they won't even give me an estimate beforehand. So that's gonna be a big heck no for me. Shady company.

I took in an IPhone XR purchased 1/25/20. My agent was James at the Best Buy Geek Squad. Appointment setup by Apple. Was told I would get a new phone because there was a hardware issue. 4 days later I pick up what I was told was a new IPhone. Watch out!!!!! They lied! They reset my original phone, put it in a box and that is what they gave me back. Serial numbers are identical. Do not trust Geek Squad in Wilkes Barre PA. They lie.

The clerk was outstanding. Fixed an issue I had with my phone that 1 call to phone company and 2 visits to stores couldn't fix. And it only took him 10 min. WOW

Made an appointment for a battery replacement on an IPAD PRO was told it would cost as much as a new one by a confused looking young lady. She proceeded to tell me they don’t stock parts for IPads. I asked why the Apple Tech site told me they were an option for IPad battery replacement. She was clueless! Do not go there for Apple Service as they clearly do not have a handle on it. Poor reviews across the board suggests they just aren’t reliable.
