Excel Computer Service

Everytime I contact Excel they have been amazing! They always have the information I need. Their knowledge of the "hardware" of computers is masterful. Dave built the computer I use. In doing so he took into consideration what my computer needs are, and I have exactly what I need. The unit is excellent. And if I have any hardware concerns or need assistance with using my computer Dave is more then happy to assist. He has helped me navigate software programs making it easy for me to use. I am so fortunate that a friend recommended Dave to me many years ago. Excel Computer Service is, in my opinion the only place to go for ANY computer service or purchase you may need. I was working on my laptop today and realized that the screen trim was coming loose. A year ago my daughter accidentally closed the lap top with a pen on the key board and it shattered the screen. I had a top local company replace the screen and when they did they did not screw the screen into the frame. Short, the screen and trim was coming loose. I called Todd at Excel Computer Service and he had the replacement screws. He gave them to me for no charge. I would like to say thank you to Todd. My day was saved! Much appreciated….

The guy was genuinely nice. However, I dropped my computer off here, maybe, 3 years ago? I still haven't heard anything. Every time I call, I get no answer. Voicemail is full. This place is 2 hours away from me, so I haven't had a chance to make my way up. I wanted to get my old computer fixed and I was pointed to this place. I hope he hasn't thrown my computer out by now...

These guys are the best . It's hard to find a.repairman you can trust for anything anymore, especially your computer with all of your valuable information on it . I have used them several times and couldn't ask for better, more affordable service . I confidently recommend them to everyone I know with confidence they will be well taken care of

Don't bother. My HP ZBook wouldn't power on so I decided to take it to this local shop for repairs. It took an unexpected amount of time to get fixed. I had to call multiple times to check on the status and when the computer was returned to me, the touchscreen no longer worked. I gave them a chance to fix that but all I got was an apology. Now I have a computer that powers on, but has lost its touchscreen functionality. All in all, this shop had my computer for over six months (Nov through Apr). Unbelievable. If you want things fixed completely, in a timely manner, take your business elsewhere.
