Mike the technician was absolutely fantastic. this man was welcoming and made me feel more than an apple customer. i felt like a friend and i just met the man. it was clear he would try his best to resolve the issue as soon as he heard the issue. i was confident it would be resolved once he greeted me. he didn’t talk over me and genuinely listened and fixed the issue. very knowledgeable and friendly technician. 10/10 experience.

Went in for an appointment because my laptop's battery power was incredibly poor and it would start to overheat even just looking through my emails. My laptop is 5 years old so I figured I'd be having to buy a new one at this point but was hoping to not have to. I had one man take a look and tell me that my battery was actually in great condition and said the best thing to do would be to erase everything from the laptop. I agreed and he even helped me make sure I had everything saved before erasing it. Now my laptop is running like it's brand new. Great experience!

I’ve upgraded my phone 3 times with Apple and this was the worst experience of them all. Lackluster customer service, poor explanation of the process, unable to answer questions, and not to mention needing to work with 5 different people from start to finish. Told me I needed to purchase additional products before upgrading when I in fact did not. It’s clear they are interested in selling products rather than keeping business. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Isaac was very nice to work with.

I don't know why people are complaining when they stopped paying for AppleCare plus insurance, or warrantees run out… These are devices, machines, and any such item can break through regular use or improper care. I failed to see how this is Apple's fault, or certainly this particular, Apple Store? I dropped my device and needed to be repaired. I tried Best Buy at first and it was more complicated than they could handle so I went to this Apple Store; I made an appointment and was received politely and professionally and friendly. basically, the entire phone needed to be replaced except for the camera and the front screen. I was very happy with the final result, and I felt as a customer my time was valued by the workers and technicians. with AppleCare plus for $9.99 a month my repair total cost me $29.oo. where I live is beyond their control, it took me an hour drive to be there, I arrived on time and found the experience to be as expected, leaving me very satisfied with the experience and the people that helped me .
