Better shops exist with better competitive pricing and employees that do better work and they won't berate you if you leave a review with any taste of negativity. By trade yes they can do the job, but professionally they each have the skills of an out of college Helpdesk employee. Scroll through the business owners responses to negative reviews and you'll understand quickly the common theme and issue this business has with doing good work and holding themselves accountable when someone is disappointed with their experience. Combating every negative review and berating someone for their own experience, shows a lack of accountability to you and your employees mistakes. Edit: As seen with the owners reply, he is not mentally fit to run a business and patrons should walk away from the door immediately. He must think I'm someone else which is weird to see him/her caught in their own conspiracy. The constant mention of his certification is also diving into a new topic, as his certification has nothing to do with average consumer computer and repair. The lack of knowledge in not only his own certification but his ability in general comes into question. Personally with a degree in Management of Information Systems and a CISSP certification from IC2. He is with a doubt just your average day Technician with the mental fortitude of a child.

Would leave negative stars if i could. Was in town to visit family when my work computer crashed. Took it to have it looked at and the man was so rude to me. Also smelled pretty bad. The whole shops looks poorly run and it reminded me of one of those skeezy shops that sell your info to the dark web. Got outta there quick.

Let me preface this by saying I do my own computer work/repairs and have never gone to this business. However I am giving it 4 stars for this reason: entertainment. I passed the business in my car one day and googled it, only to come across some of the funniest replies by the owners I have seen to date. If anyone sees the reviews, the 1 stars, if true, are very viable reasons not to go here. However I cannot confirm nor deny that these things happened. I am merely someone who was entertained by the comments and am leaving it a 4 star review as a thank you (the company currently has a 4 star overall rating so I am giving it the same)

Very friendly and courteous. Explained what they would do, and cleaned everything up at a reasonable price. The system works far better than it has in a long time. I’m happy and satisfied with them. Think you would be also.

Was having a few issues with a laptop computer. My subscription with the Geek Squad had expired. A close friend recommended this company. What a great recommendation and find! From first walking through the door, everyone was kind, professional and appeared very knowledgeable. Service was done in a timely manner and believe service fees were very reasonable considering all of the work that was done. Computer has run well since. and have had no issues. Would have no hesitation to use these services in the future if the need arises. Also appreciate the opportunity to support a local business!
