Strongly recommend. I had a 15-year-old laptop that started acting up with various problems. Took it to them in the hopes it could be salvaged, They ran diagnostics on it in the time frame they promised and got back to me promptly. Turned out to be an expensive motherboard problem, which I suspected, and they advised not spending the money to fix because of the computer's age. They recommended I buy a new computer (not from them; they just fix, don't sell) and told me my options for and cost of doing a data transfer to the new computer. No charge for the diagnostics on the old computer. So even though in the end they didn't fix my old machine, I was very happy with their approach and service. Nice, friendly receptionist, too. (She's cute, but that's beside the point.)

They were great, but I was told by receptionist that they are no longer taking appointments and have switched to a managed services model for businesses. Bummer.
