Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service. We were running late. When we called to see if we could jump into a later time slot or just reschedule. They politely said not to worry and come in anyway. My phone was fixed without any issue. My daughter was also having issues with converting stuff from her old phone to her new one. (I hope I'm recalling his name correctly. I'm so sorry if I am not.) Nate was able to fix the issues while answering any question that popped into our heads. Highly recommend this business.

Had a 10am appointment for a screen repair. I showed up the guy told me to turn off my find my iPhone. The screen is gone so there is no way to do it from the phone. So my son turned off iCloud which turns off find my iPhone. The guy said you can’t do it from a watch or other phone (a complete lie). He argues with me tells me he doesn’t need my problems and is calling the cops. Lmao. You’re going to call the cops on me because I told you you are a liar and you can turn off iCloud without a computer. He wanted my son to log in on his computer which would have saved his password and given him access to his personal info. The only reason to have iCloud off was so he could download all my kids info and personal data. Shady I think so!

Awesome customer service, I called day of and they sent me to the website to schedule an appointment, they had an appointment for the same day which was great my screen was almost blacked out. When I arrived I was greeted and shown what I need to do to get the repair they told me I could take up to 2-3 hours I was out within an hour.

I had a cracked screen- He was super informative, fast to fix and helpful with my additional purchase of the case and screen protector. I felt comfortable and would use their services again. The process to schedule was simple and they called to confirm which was great!

The service and staff were excellent! Had my phone repaired the same day and didn't lose anything. They had me in and out in less than the time given. I drove longer to and from than the time to repair my phone all in the same day! I highly recommend this repair shop!
