I took my Galaxy ZFold 5 here for the covered screen protector replacement. I was told that the small bubble up top might come back, but after 2 hours what I received was horrible. They had tried multiple times and gave me back a phone with creases and a giant opaque bubble running top to bottom and 1/3 of the way across my screen. I could have done a better job at home. I called around and was able to run up to Bryn Mawr, where they successfully replaced the protector and I can use my phone again. I will not be going back to the Wayne location again. Ever

On my 9 XL keyboard, specifically the O and #9 key, stopped functioning. When I reached out to Google through chat, they informed me that I could either send it in or take it to an authorized third party service center. The technician here at UbreakiFixit mentioned it was likely a screen issue or a motherboard problem, and it turned out to be absolutely right it was a screen problem. He had a replacement on hand and took care of it😊 very happy great job they did! Friendly customer service as well! My issue has been resolved😎 thank you

I was able to call them on the phone and confirm they had the battery for my older model iphone. I showed up at my appointment time, they walked me through the steps necessary to ready the phone for the new battery. They promised completion in about two hours and it was done on time. Very good experience. Highly recommend.
