Staples

Store is clean and organized. The cashier was very friendly. My only issue would be that I was waiting in line and they opened a second register to accommodate and took people that were in line behind me that were not waiting as long. Very minor issue.

helpful staff Edit: HP on the other hand was not helpful. HP suggested Staples sold me a display item. Machine warranty is shy ~30 days. HP Support explains the discrepancy by Staples sold me a machine that was opened and on display and then re-boxed and sold to me. I tried to explain to HP Support that HP machines warranty dates are always (in my experience) wrong - requiring warranty dispute. HP & Staples cannot get their arrangement to reflect warranty start date = date of sale to customer vs date of sale to Staples.

Super easy to find all the back to school items as they are placed on the end of the aisles. Most of the items were on sale and they offer store brand and name brand products. Store was neat and clean and staff was friendly. The lady in front of me was having an issue with her card at checkout and even though there wasn't a long line they opened up another cash register quickly to take care of customers. I was having some issues with the app but the cashier was able to help me through the website to earn my rewards and get rebates. Will definitely return for next years supplies.

Staples had a large selection of products, easy to buy from them, staff that knows the product line and can answer questions. A nice place to do business for office needs.
