Well, they found the problem! Very reasonable price for diagnosing my PC and running lots of tests. Chris ran a lot of tests! He was thorough in searching out the issue, and was friendly and communicative the whole way. I really appreciate the notifications along the way letting me know in real-time what was the plan. Turns out the problem was my house's electric, but hey! Would never have known if they didn't diagnose my computer!
