Computer 153

I got my Macbook Pro laptop fixed here after it stopped charging suddenly. From the onset, the customer service was excellent: I called Paul and he invited me to come in on the same day. Paul explained to me 4 different possibilities of what could be wrong with the laptop- this was great and informative! He then proceeded to give me a breakdown of the cost- there were no hidden fees (which I appreciated). Paul was correct in his initial assessment that my laptop needed a new charging port. He even provided tips to keep my laptop running well. The icing on the cake was that my laptop was fixed a full 24 hours before what he initially had quoted. This was amazing because I use my computer for work. Thank you Paul for the great customer experience. I would highly recommend anyone who needs their beloved electronics fixed to come check this place out.

I have only been here a few times over the last 5 or 6 years, but every time I come I am extremely satisfied. Paul, who I assume is the owner, is very thorough and has reasonable pricing. He never tries to upsell you on things you don't need and lastly he always offers great tips and advice for computer maintenance. I highly recommend Computer 153.

Thursday night screen on my MacBook Air cracked and I had no idea what to do. After a google search I found Computer 153 and read the reviews. My first thought was ,Paul sounds too good to be true. Friday afternoon, I arrived at his shop and he explained that the screen has to be replaced. By Monday at 1:30pm my laptop was fixed. His prices are great and his personality is even better.

I accidentally spilled half a can of red bull into my custom PC and needed an internal cleaning. We were updated on every step in the process with before and after pictures. He was able to remove, clean everything, and put it back together in a few days and was definitely worth it.
