Brought in my computer after noticing the battery pack in my laptop started getting noticably bloated and bent the metal cover. After they informed me the replacement arrived, within an hour, they called again to tell me my laptop was ready for pickup. They even reshaped my laptop cover to look new again. Very reasonable price, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
