I first used Doug's services when I met with him and he advised me as to what to look for in buying a new hp desk top computer. He came to my home and set it up for me. He was very thorough in explaining what was new in this version of Windows 10. As a senior citizen, I was pleased with the time Doug took to answer my questions. Recently I called him when my screen was frozen by a potential virus. Doug got back to me promptly. I followed his instructions and the problem was solved immediately. . I would definitely recommend Doug's services.

Doug at Business PC Consultants did a great job repairing and refurbishing the two Win 10 PCs we use to work from home. The PCs were sluggish and the boot time was very long. He replaced the two mechanical drives with new SSDs. He also cleaned up junk on the drives. Great job. Great price. Great service. Highly recommend.

I contacted Doug about a problem I was having with some Outlook settings. He responded to me within a half hour and gave me the exact bit of information that I needed to implement the changes specified by my domain host. Doug provided a 100% correct, and very quick, response! (Outlook needed to be closed and the changes specified through the Control Panel. If access was taken within Outlook, the settings I needed were not shown.)
