Although when I brought it in I was told it would only be a few days, they had my laptop for 2 weeks. And after all that time, it is worse than when I took it in!! There were lots of great explanations for what was done, why it took so long, and lots of excuses for why that didn't fix the problems. Now they are presenting a lot of options for fixing it.... all of which cost money and without any real guarantee that any of these will work. They are now blaming the windows update for their failure to improve anything. While I understand the wifftiness of computers I think that they could have determined, before they spent 2 weeks doing who know what, that what they could offer for the "computer clean up" was not going to fix the issues. So almost $200 down the drain, no functioning computer, and an attitude when I called to ask them about my options at this point. They don't stand behind their work - there was not offer to work with me/double check to see if there was something that was missed. A truly unprofessional (and questionably component) business. I would suggest that anyone look elsewhere for computer repair. EDIT: This google site requires that at least one star be selected in order to post the review. However, as you can tell, I think that even one star is too much.

They bricked my iPhone on a simple screen replacement. They were totally apathetic to my situation. Customer service is not their strong suit. Luckily for me they didn’t charge me taxes when I paid in cash. I wonder if the IRS is monitoring reviews and or this business

Tony and his team did an excellent job getting me set up with a new laptop for business. I took my old device into the shop in morning and had a new device with all my files and apps installed that same afternoon. I would recommend them to anyone needing that sort of service.

They have lost another customer. Told me $40 to diag. A fan issue and when picked up they charged me $120 and did nothing. I would have put that towards the repair if I knew. What a shame. To answer your reply, I did not mention it because it was not fixed. "It just stopped and is working fine" is what told. The computer was still usable at the time it was dropped off. The reason for being there was to fix a fan noise and I would have put the $120 into fixing had I know it was going to be such. I believe most people would expect a phone call before the estimated quote triples.

Replaced glass screen on my granddaughter HP Spectre laptop. Was more reasonable than Best Buy in cost and time. Would highly recommend.
