My sister's phone screen stopped working this afternoon. I called a bunch of places to see who could fix her Galaxy Fold3 and most places couldn't fix that type of phone or they were charging way too much. I called this place and the guy told me he could do a diagnostics test to see if the screen was the issue, because if it wasn't it would be a lot cheaper. When I got there, they happened to be selling the same exact phone brand new and he offered to swap the mainframes so it would be cheaper and so my sister wouldn't lose any of her data. He said it would take 2 to 3 hours but he called me 15 minutes after I left to say he already fixed it. I picked it up the same night. Super fast and helpful service. I expected this to be a several day issue, but it was fixed within the same evening.

Amazing skill & customer service! They fixed my water damaged phone in less than an hour! The staff truly went above and beyond and I’m so thankful! I dropped my phone in the ocean on a trip to the Bahamas. It was water damaged for 7 days just sitting in the hotel and I thought I lost everything. I came home & took it right to the Apple Store. The Apple Store did absolutely nothing she told me it was not fixable and to buy a new phone for $700. I came here to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did because the staff here truly cared and did everything they could to restore my phone and they truly exceeded my expectations and I’m just so grateful for them :’)

Took my phone there to get a new battery. Put in it was assured that would be no problem. Came back to pick it up and they had broken my screen. Taking the phone apart. Was assured that wasn't gonna be a problem? Just order me a new screen. No extra charge came back to pick my phone up. Screen was on battery was in but now my microphone did not work on my phone anymore. I was assured. Just order a new mic and we'll put it in. No charge came back to pick my phone up. Microphone is still not working. What's told? They would get a replacement phone for me. Never heard from them again. I think they kind of tried, but we're in over there head. Let the buyer beware.

I had broken my iPhone 11 and iPhone12 mini so it was time to upgrade. I came in with both hoping to get some money off my purchase, and did I! Karim gave me an excellent deal for a iPhone 13 which has 264GB which is double than I had on both of the phones I traded in! I will certainly be returning here for any of my cell phone needs! Great customer service and honesty!
