It was time to find another computer repair person so I did a Google search and found NerdsToGo. I reached out to them and they were very quick to respond. I was able to set up an appointment for Ethan to come to my home. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issues. We arranged for him to pick up my computer to replace the hard drive. He had it back to me in two days and I am thrilled with how great my computer is working! No freezing, no slowness with downloading pages, no error notifications popping up... I recommend this group and Ethan very highly.

Cheyenne and Ethan were so personable and kind every bit as important, the fact that Ethan was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my internet/WiFi fairly quickly was marvelous. He was reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. These folks will be my trusted source from now on!

First time customer with Nerds To Go - I’m 81 so not a techie - made appointment yesterday for a home visit next day - Jeff arrived at the agreed time and patiently and efficiently solved my 4 issues involving the wireless mouse, resetting Google account, finding missing emails ( in outbox) and registering new printer drum; his initiatives included a Windows 11 recommendation and confirming that my backup program was effectively set up - no pressure to pursue any expensive and unnecessary options - I will be a repeat customer as needed
