The clerk at the store was very incompetent. We ordered a printer online for in-store pick up. She had us sign all the paperwork for the purchase without giving us the actual item we purchased. She had no clue how rewards worked and made us sign up for another account even though we had an account already. She kept saying we needed to be on the app to get the reward, but we told her there was a phone number associated with the account, but she ignored us. Then to top it all off, she never gave us all our bags and we didn't realize it until we got home hours later and had to GO BACK because they said they couldn't hold it beyond the next morning. We work! We have small children and an infant, who were all not feeling well and it was a true inconvenience to drive back and forth. We live over 30 minutes one way from your store. When we came back, the bag was placed next to someone's belongings, as if they were just going to take our purchased items home with them. This store is the worst!

We use the local Staples store in Stroudsburg, PA for all our business needs. As a local real estate agent team we use a lot of supplies and we can always find what we want, when we want it and supplies are always in stock. Staff is extremely helpful and always suggesting items for us should we need in our business. Tech service are beyond excellent. Super friendly, explains in detail what is needed and most important why and when the items can be fixed and picked up. When we pick up the items, they show us what they have done and we are always extremely pleased. We recommend the Stroudsburg, PA store to anyone in the area, or out of the area for extremely professional and friendly service. You can’t beat their prices, especially the sales.

I've been the Ipostal /staples shipping and print user customer for 4 years now, the lady that's been there and the team that's worked there have been great. They're fast and thorough even when the lines build up and they're getting calls. I see customers sometimes giving them a hissy fit because they're standing in line for 2-3 mintues...we're all inthe same boat...wait a little geez. Anyway just got off the phone with them again and as always they've taken care of my shipping and mail forwarding needs. I live in two states due to my work, PA is my true home but NJ is where I work. Keep up the good work Staples Stroudsburg shipping and print team!
