I was helped by Dennis immediately and he fixed my issue the day of. I had spilled some water on my computer due to my backpack falling. Dennis unscrewed the bottom of my Mac and it started to work. He offered support in getting my data transferred. This place is honest and I recommend it. This place was quick in helping compared to other computer places who had a wait time of two weeks.

My experience today was very positive, I called in, told them the problem and they said they would call me back. They did return my call in about an hour. They told me they couldn't fix the problem for sure but told me exactly what to do. I was able to fix a persistent tech issue for free based on their advice. They saved me time and money. I have been here before in person as they fixed our Apple computers. The tech at the time was rather arrogant and sarcastic, like a typical 90's trained computer guy (back when you were a special type of nerd to fix computers...I was one so I know). If he could learn to be less sarcastic I bet the other reviews would be higher. As far as the person who helped me today, he was professional and I am thankful for his insight.

The first 2 times i tried to write this review, it was comprehensive and fair. But since my laptop shut down twice while writing it, this time I will be brief and harsh. I paid $90 for me to explain all my computer problems to a man 3 years past retirement and in the end he played a video to "get my computer to work hard" for 5 hours and then said "welp, I couldn't reproduce your problem. So sorry, you still need to pay $90 that we invoiced you." I am a college student studying data science, who has built her own computer and is technologically proficient. I would run a better computer repair shop. When I asked for my laptop back, I asked if he checked the error codes of the over 100 shut downs. "No, what are those codes and where are they?" Yeah. never again. They know nothing about computers, but can maybe do basic phone repair. Save your money and your time. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions about my unpleasant experience.

Don't even waste your time walking into this place. Overpriced phone repair: normally I don't write reviews but this was warranted. I cannot believe that the owner quoted me $163 for a iPhone screen repair, when right down the street you can get it done for what he calls his "labor cost". This guy has no problem wasting your time and mocks you when you realize his services is highway robbery. "Sorry I couldn't sprinkle some magic dust on it and make it all better." On amazon I could buy a screen and repair kit for $30, and get it done faster from what the other reviews indicate.

I took my MacBook in when the screen did not come on. Dennis was the employee that worked on it while I waited, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on the spot. I can't say enough good things about Dennis. He used his knowledge and experience to methodically diagnose the problem and then expertly repaired the computer. I would recommend Connecting Point and Dennis to anyone with a computer or iPhone problem.
