I've been to this location 3 times to have my daughters iPhone 11 phone screen replaced. The repair looked great, but the screen only worked for a couple of weeks. I returned to have them fix the issue, and that only lasted a couple more weeks, where now the screen is coming off of the phone and doesn't work at all. The guy at the front desk looked frustrated and told me they don't have any other iPhone 11 screens, and I'd have to go to another location to get it fixed and what ever store I went to would honor the warranty. We'll I contacted multiple other locations to find out that wasn't true cause each store is independently owned. Never going here again!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this store needs to be addressed. I brought my PS5 in on January 11, and the tech at the front barely acknowledged me. He gave me a blank, annoyed stare while I explained the issue, making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. It was an uncomfortable start, but I paid the $60 fee and left my system after being told it wouldn’t even be looked at until January 14. I followed up on January 15, only to be told my system would be checked later that day—but no one called me back. When I called again on January 16, I was shocked to find out my PS5 had been sent to Florida without my consent. The tech I spoke to explained it was due to a lack of notes on the ticket, but this level of miscommunication is unacceptable. Customers should always be informed before something like this happens. Corporate was very understanding and kept me updated, which I appreciated. On January 23, I finally got a call from the store saying my system was ready. When I went to pick it up, the same tech who initially checked me in greeted me with the same cold, annoyed attitude. No greeting, no professionalism—just a blank stare that made me feel like I was intruding. He did give me a discount for the trouble, which I appreciated, but it didn’t erase how poorly I was treated throughout the process. This store needs serious improvement in customer service and communication. Customers are already stressed about their devices, and being treated like a nuisance only makes it worse. I hope this feedback helps the store realize how important it is to make customers feel valued.

There wasn’t a fix completed. When I called to follow up about the status of the repair, I was then advised that the replacement glass wasn’t available and there was no ETA. I had previously dropped the phone off since I was told the glass would be ordered. Overall, they were easy to work with.

This store was one of the best experiences in a fix it store I have ever had. The manager Kammy was absolutely lovely, the tech was able to fix my iPhone 12 promax with no problem and very quickly. I was in and out like nothing. I will be bringing all my electronic from now on to be fixed.

I gave my Nintendo switch on November 5. It took the team two weeks to realize that they did not have the part in the store to fix my switch and they had to order it then it took another two weeks for me to hear back from the store for them to tell me that the part just got there the other day and the tech is not in today so when he comes in tomorrow, they’re going to try to” slide my switch in to be fixed” and by this time they already had my switch for four weeks yet they needed to slide it in then a week later when I call, I speak to a young lady who pretty much gives me the same story that the tech is not in and he’s coming in the next day and he’ll fix the switch so I asked her is there only one tech that is competent enough to fix the switch and she said sir I’m a be honest with you yes and I said so that one tech bounces from store to store and if he’s not around, no one else can fix it and she once again said sir I’ll be honest with you. A week later, I go to the store to pick up my switch, hoping it’s fixed come to find out they sent it to Florida without even consenting me this which belongs to my best friend who died and I’ve had it with me since his death and I’ve never been separated with it for this long and if I would’ve gotten a call about Florida, I would have denied that so now I get my switch back two weeks later and when I get home, I find out that my right control stick cannot go left and my right button is not functional. I would like a 100% refund you guys have been the worse.
