1 star because the tech asked for my phone's password. My problem was external, not software. I didn't provide it and he was still able to fix the screen without a problem. Why did you need it in the first place? Updated to 3 stars after getting follow up calls from the owner and tech to clarify. The password on my phone gives access to multiple bank accounts, email addresses, images, saved passwords and so much more, as is the case for many others. My feedback is that as the company, you have the responsibility to protect the clients data and the company's integrity. In the future, coach clients to set their phone to maintenance mode. Thank you.
