This was by far thebest customer service I have ever had in a very long time. I not only got my products in a timely manner, but I had a small hiccup with an item and with hands on customer service it was fixed effortlessly and timely. Its so hard to find a company that stands behind their products but the service itself was above and beyond. Thanks Ric YOU rock

I called and the next day I was able to drop off my laptop for a full diagnostic due to everything on it being locked up. Rick was able to have my laptop back to me the next day at a very reasonable price. I will take any computer issues to him and I recommend XBit Electronics for for computer problems and let me also add that Rick was extremely courteous. Thanks Jeff S.
